This one is the perfect recipe to use if you have a lot of egg whites at home that you don't know what to do with (which was my case). It's really simple and I love the apricot taste (but I am sure it would work with other fruits also, specially with berries).
I am packing today for my 3 week vacations, with a huge smile on my face. I don't have any doubt that spending this time with family and friends (we will have big meeting in July and a lot of friends from abroad are coming), and one week on Croatian cost... it will be perfect!

Esta é a receita perfeita para usar se tiver batantes claras de ovo em casa e não sabe o que fazer com elas (o que foi o meu caso). É muito simples e eu adoro o sabor de alperces (mas tenho a certeza que também dá com outras frutas, especialmente com bagas).
Estou a fazer as malas para as minhas férias de 3 semanas, com um enorme sorriso no rosto. Não tenho dúvida nenhuma que, passar este tempo com a família e amigos (vamos ter um grande encontro em Julho e vêm bastantes amigos de fora), e uma semana na costa Croata... vai ser perfeito!
Não se preocupem... eu venho aqui de vez em quando para dizer olá e dar algumas notícias {*smile}.

Delicous - I just made an Apricot Almond Tea slice too! Bit of a different recipe, but I'm sure as equally delicious :) I always make friands with my left over (mass) eggwhites. Hoping you enjoy your holiday!
