Everything started in IKEA some weeks ago when I stopped by their coffee shop for some snack and saw something that took my attention (at the time I didn’t know what is it but then I discovers from sweet lady who was working there)... cinnamon rolls.
So... cinnamon rolls are typical Swedish pastry and the 4th of October is the Cinnamon Roll day in Sweden!! (I immediately imagined how it would be great to have Pastel de Belém day in Portugal. It would be so cool :-) )
As on Saturday I got up before the rest of my family, I made these pretty rolls for breakfast. When the kids got up all the house was smelling on cinnamon, and the breakfast was just great. It was the perfect start of the weekend!!!
