Peach Mousse with Yogurt and Fruits

O fim-de-semana foi, tal como tinha planeado, muito calmo. Passei a maior parte do tempo fora, no terraço, a ler um livro, a descansar a mente :-)
À noite convidei umas amigas para jantar… beber sangria, comer boa comida, falar, rir… para sobremesa, inventei, mousse de pêssego com iogurte e frutas... ah, e umas flores comestíveis que recebi como oferta que são muito giras… Muito, muito refrescante e perfeito para uma noite de Verão quente como estava.



Weekend was ,as I planed, really calm. Spent most of the time out on the terrace, reading a book, resting my mind :-)
In the evening had a friends for a dinner.... drink sangria, eat good food, speak, laugh...For a dessert ,I kind of invented, peach mousse with yogurt and fruits.. ah, and some edible flowers that I got as an offer and that are very nice… really, really refreshing and perfect for hot summer night as it was.
