Focaccia

Finally we are having real summer days here in Lisbon. For a lot of people that means beach time and vacations... but for me, besides these two things, it is also relaxed and long dinners on the terrace (we had really strong wind in the last weeks so it was not possible).

What I like on these meals is the simple food, something you can eat with fingers while drinking wine. A good example is focaccia, with different topping, eating it with salad and good cheese, roasted vegetables, mussels or clams.

Which are your favourite summer dinners?
Finalmente estamos a ter dias de verão a sério aqui em Lisboa. Para muita gente isso significa praia e férias... mas para mim, para além destas duas coisas, significa também jantares longos e relaxados no terraço (esteve um vento muito forte nas últimas semanas, por isso não foi possível).

O que eu gosto nestas refeições é a comida simples, algo que se pode comer com as mãos enquanto se bebe vinho. Um bom exemplo é a focaccia, com diferentes coberturas, comê-la com salada e um bom queijo, legumes assados​​, mexilhões ou amêijoas.
