Peach and Oregano Galette

Yes, oregano. The original recipe called for lemon thyme, but I didn't have any. So I though I could put mint, but then I realized that the only herb I have in my mini-garden is oregano. Sometimes we do have to be open minded and try. We can get disappointed with the result or not. But, in this case, the result was surprisingly good! I smashed oregano with sugar and then sprinkled over the galettes... great!!!

These are a great solution for a picnic, easy to make, full of fruits and taste, and easy to transport... I am planing some picnic in the next days!!!

Did you try to use oregano in dessert? Did you like? Some other discovery that you want to share? {*smile}

Já tentou usar orégão numa sobremesa deserto? Gostou? Tem outra descoberta que queira partilhar? {* smile}
